Account
To create an Account on the website, you only need a username, a valid email address, and a password. When creating an Account from the app, in addition to these information, you will also be asked to set a PIN. Once the account is created, from your profile page [MY ACCOUNT > SETTINGS] you can add other personal information if you like. You can log in using the same credentials on both the website and the app.
Check the Spam folder in your mailbox to see if you've received the confirmation request. If you still have problems, contact us.
If you have a discount code for Universikid, to use it you just need to:
- create an account on the website
- choose the course or courses you prefer and add them to the cart
- at the time of payment, enter the code in the appropriate field
- start learning!
Remember that discount codes can only be redeemed on the website, not through the app!
When you create an Account from the app, you are asked to set a PIN. This PIN is a security measure used during app purchases to prevent unauthorized or unwanted transactions. If you created an Account from the website, you can set a PIN from the MY ACCOUNT page.
Purchases
To purchase a course, you need to create an account on the Universikid website. Once you've added the course or courses to the cart, you can proceed to payment via PayPal.

Choose the courses you want to purchase and enter the code received via email into the cart. The price will be updated automatically.

After purchase, the courses will be available for viewing with no expiration date!
Absolutely! Once purchased, the courses can be watched in all the languages available, and your progress will be saved for each language.
